FASS Diesel Fuel System 1999-2007 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L and 6.0L Titanium Signature Series 240GPH (TSF14290F240G)
The FASS TSF14290F240G Diesel Fuel System is built for top performance and reliability. Rated at 240 gallons per hour and backed by a limited lifetime warranty, it supports Ford Powerstroke 6.0/7.3L engines with 900-1200 HP and multiple upgrades.
Moreover, it offers 2-micron filtration, a water separation filter, and FASS’s air/vapor removal process, protecting your injection system and extending its lifespan. Powerstroke engines often face injector issues, but FASS helps eliminate fuel-related problems.
The kit includes a 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum Bulkhead Fitting and Suction Tube. With a 5/8″ suction tube and ½” return port, installation is faster, without cutting the filler neck. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube adjusts to different fuel tank depths, allowing safe operation down to 1/8 tank.
NOTE: Installation of this kit on a cab and chassis may require modifications.
