The FASS TSF14250F220G Diesel Fuel System is built for top performance and reliability. Rated at 220 gallons per hour and backed by a limited lifetime warranty, it supports Ford Powerstroke 6.0/7.3L engines with 600-900 HP and multiple upgrades.
Moreover, it offers 2-micron filtration, a water separation filter, and FASS’s air/vapor removal process, protecting your injection system and extending its lifespan. Powerstroke engines often face injector issues, but FASS helps eliminate fuel-related problems.
The kit includes a 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum Bulkhead Fitting and Suction Tube. With a 5/8″ suction tube and ½” return port, installation is faster, without cutting the filler neck. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube adjusts to different fuel tank depths, allowing safe operation down to 1/8 tank.
NOTE: Installation of this kit on a cab and chassis may require modifications.
