The FASS TSD07165G 165gph Fuel Pump Titanium Signature Series offers advanced filtration that protects your Bosch Injection System and Diesel Injectors, extending their lifespan. Key features include a 2-micron filtration rating, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS’s patented air/vapor removal process. Whether you’re a daily driver or seeking high performance, this system improves fuel economy and boosts horsepower/torque.
This kit also includes two FASS BHF-1005 Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kits, machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. These fittings serve as both suction and return tubes, allowing you to connect your FASS lines directly to the fuel tank module without cutting the filler neck, speeding up installation. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube is easily adjustable to fit different fuel tank depths, enabling safe operation down to below 1/8 tank.
