FASS Fuel Systems Adjustable Diesel Fuel Lift Pump 290GPH Ford Powerstroke 6.4L 2008-2010 (FASF16290G)
The FASS FASF16290G Signature Series Adjustable Diesel Fuel System delivers high performance and versatility for Ford Powerstroke 6.4L engines. Built with the same powerful motor as our Titanium Series, it provides up to 290 gallons of diesel fuel per hour. You can adjust fuel pressure from 1 to 75 PSI, making it ideal for race or competition setups. A built-in boost compensation port increases fuel pressure under full throttle by using intake manifold air pressure, ensuring consistent performance when you need it most.
This kit includes a Bulkhead Fitting and a Suction Tube. The bulkhead fitting, machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, serves as both the suction and return port. It features a 5/8″ suction tube and a 1/2″ fuel return port.
Compared to our previous version, this upgraded design lets you connect the FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting—no cutting the filler neck required. This makes installation much faster and easier.
The PTFE Teflon suction tube is simple to trim, so you can adjust it for different tank depths. When installed correctly, you can safely run your tank down to about 1/8 full.

This is a fuel System only and must be used with your factory fuel filter. It is suggested that all Systems be adjusted only if you have installed a fuel pressure gauge, for questions please contact our technical support team.
